Ugliest Dress?

This was a present from my boyfriend who normally is really good at picking clothes for me.  I've got a really nice coat from him and nice shoes.  But after he bought this and saw me wearing it, he said, "fix it!" Unfortunately, I am not creative enough to figure out a way to fix this.
